Getting dressed and having your hair done takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
The time required to choose a kimono and pack your luggage varies from person to person, so your total time in the store is approximately one hour.
It is expected to take one hour, but there may be delays during peak hours.
Additionally, if choosing a kimono takes time, we may adjust the order in which you put on your outfit.
For customers who booked before 12:00, the latest return time is 16:30.
For customers who booked after 12:00, the latest return time is 17:30.
The store space is limited, so please fold up any strollers you bring.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

You can arrive at the scheduled time; there is no need to arrive early.
Generally, you can come empty-handed, but we recommend wearing light-colored underwear such as white or beige in summer and thin underwear or tight pants in winter.
Please arrive on time. A late arrival fee of 500 yen will be charged per person for arrivals more than 30 minutes late. Thank you for your understanding.
