    • Enjoy a premium snowshoeing experience limited to 1 group per day at Jiigatake Snow Resort, where you can immerse yourself in the silent forest and a starry sky. During the day, a guide will take you on a snowshoe trek through the natural forest covered in fresh, powdery snow. Enjoy the beautiful snow-covered scenery while discovering animal tracks and the unique charms of winter nature. During the trek, take a break to enjoy hot coffee brewed with pure spring water from Omachi, along with traditional 'kori-mochi' (frozen mochi). At night, enter a completely different, magical world. Away from the city lights, observe the starry sky spreading across the clear winter air on a quiet snowfield. Surrounded by the silence of the snow, gazing at the stars filling the sky above is a special moment you cannot easily experience in daily life. If the weather is clear, you can enjoy the breathtaking winter scenery created by the countless stars painting the night sky and the snow-covered landscape. This is a luxurious, private experience available to only 1 group per day. From daytime snow mountain trekking to nighttime stargazing, we offer a special experience unique to winter in Omachi. - Experience Schedule - Snowshoeing: 13:00-16:00 Stargazing: Hotel pickup at approx. 20:10 Transfer by snowmobile on the slopes: 20:30-20:40 Experience time: 20:40-21:10 Return to hotel: approx. 21:40

    Regarding tour cancellation:

    • The tour will be canceled if the guide determines it cannot be conducted due to bad weather or other conditions.

    Notes for participation:

    • - Please note that no refunds will be given if the tour is canceled after it has started due to a sudden change in weather that the guide determines makes it impossible to continue. - Those with serious illnesses such as heart disease should refrain from participating. - Please note that participation while heavily intoxicated is not permitted. - It will be very crowded on weekends, so please arrive early. - Please note that late arrivals will be treated as cancellations. - Elementary and junior high school students should understand that the tour requires a certain level of physical fitness and may involve harsh weather conditions.

    • Clothing and items: Warm clothing, gloves, goggles, and snow boots are recommended. All items should be waterproof.

    How to Get There
    - Meeting time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. - Meeting point: Ticket counter inside the Center House at Jiigatake Snow Resort There is no pickup service for the snowshoe tour (please use the resort shuttle bus). Pickup service between the hotel and the resort is provided for the stargazing experience.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
    • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
    • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
