【3-Day 2-Night Kansai Private Tour】Awaji Island, Kyoto, Amanohashidate, Ine | Family & Senior Friendly

3 days and 2 nights, private tour with a Chinese-speaking driver. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included, and your luggage stays in the vehicle throughout the trip. Departing from Osaka, the first day takes you across the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to Awaji Island. On the second day, visit Kinkaku-ji and Arashiyama in Kyoto, then head deep into the Miyama Kayabuki no Sato, staying overnight in Amanohashidate/Miyazu. On the third day, explore the 'Three Views of Japan' at Amanohashidate and Ine Funaya, returning to Osaka in the evening.

【Daily Vehicle Usage and Accommodation】

・Day 1 08:00–18:00 | Northern Awaji Island, Awaji Yumebutai, West Coast, arrive in Kyoto in the evening | Accommodation: Kyoto city area (please book yourself)

・Day 2 08:00–18:00 | Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, Miyama Kayabuki no Sato | Accommodation: Amanohashidate/Miyazu (please book yourself)

・Day 3 08:30–18:30 | Amanohashidate, Ine Funaya, return to Osaka

※ Times are for reference only; arrival times are not guaranteed. Day 3 is the longest day of travel; expected arrival in Osaka city is by 18:30, though delays may occur on weekends and public holidays.

※ The driver is responsible for safe transportation and route planning but does not provide guided tours inside venues. Accommodation, meals, attraction tickets, cable car fees, and boat cruise fees are not included.

【Vehicle Types and Luggage】

・Luxury 7-seater (max 6 passengers) | Toyota Alphard or equivalent | 3 passengers + 5-6 pieces / 4 passengers + 4 pieces / 6 passengers + 2 pieces

・Comfortable 10-seater (max 9 passengers) | Toyota Hiace or equivalent | 9 passengers + 9-10 pieces

・Comfortable 14-seater (max 13 passengers) | Toyota Hiace or equivalent | 11 passengers + 4 pieces; large luggage is not recommended for 13 passengers

※ Luggage capacity is based on 28-inch suitcases and is for reference only; actual capacity depends on luggage size and shape. For every passenger fewer, approximately one extra 24-inch suitcase can be accommodated.

※ Infants and children are counted as passengers. If you have a large amount of luggage or larger items, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle type.

【Usage Time】

・Generally a maximum of 10 hours per day, including pick-up, driving time, and stops for sightseeing and meals.

・If departure is delayed, the service time is still calculated from the scheduled appointment time.

・The total distance must be within 300 km. Cross-region transfers, additional attractions, or extended usage not confirmed in advance may incur extra charges.

【Itinerary Adjustments】

・The default route is pre-arranged. You may request adjustments after booking, subject to final confirmation based on travel time, distance, operating hours, and vehicle conditions.

・Day 1 focuses on northern Awaji Island. Day 2 requires travel through Miyama to Amanohashidate; adding too many attractions in Kyoto city is not recommended.

・In the event of road closures, severe weather, or attraction closures, adjustments will be made prioritizing safety and feasibility.

【Accommodation】

・Accommodation is not included; please book yourself: Night 1 in Kyoto city, Night 2 in Amanohashidate/Miyazu.

・Please provide the full hotel name and address after the order is confirmed.

・Changing your accommodation city may affect travel time, mileage, and price; please confirm in advance.

【Pick-up and Drop-off】

・Some roads in Miyama and Ine are narrow; pick-up, drop-off, and parking locations will be arranged according to local regulations and traffic conditions on the day.

・If a pick-up/drop-off point is inaccessible, please cooperate by moving to a nearby legal parking area.

・The driver provides transportation services and will not accompany you inside venues or provide guided tours.

【Others】

・Traffic congestion may occur on weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasons.

・The actual number of passengers must be confirmed based on the number and size of luggage; exceeding the capacity of the selected vehicle type may result in an upgrade fee.
