Absolutely loved this tour, it very well organised and received detailed itineraries for each tour the night before. The tour leader Shine for the Kyoto tour was so knowledgeable and explained not only about the temples but also about every day life in Osaka. He genuinely does go above and beyond even after the tour has ended when he tried to help me out with a problem that I had and checked to see that it went well the next day. Jay from the Amanohashidate tour gave us enough time to enjoy the places we went to and recommended to go on the sightseeing boat which was better than I expected after hesitating.

There was no need to purchase a ticket, and boarding was very easy. Prepayment made the process very smooth. The majority of the passengers were inbound tourists, mostly of Asian descent. There were a huge number of seagulls, and since they were being fed, seagulls were constantly flying around the boat during the cruise, creating a slightly unusual atmosphere.

The price is reasonable, and it saves you a lot of trouble with transportation. Overall, it's not too rushed! You can also board in Kyoto and get off in Osaka, which is super convenient!

It's very convenient to use; you can directly show your ticket for verification. It includes a round trip on the cable car or chairlift. The chairlift offers a wider view, and feeding the seagulls on the sightseeing boat is a lot of fun. It's worth buying and cheaper than the on-site ticket price.

Thanks to having purchased tickets in advance, I didn't have to queue to buy tickets on the day, which made the journey very smooth.

Our family of eight traveled to the Kansai region. We usually travel independently, but this time we joined the "Kyoto by the Sea" day trip, which added a unique experience to our trip. In one day, we visited Amanohashidate, Ine, and Miyama. The sea views, mountain views, and thatched-roof houses each had their own charm, making the itinerary more fulfilling and adding to the overall experience of our independent travel. While on the boat, we saw seagulls soaring up close. Taking the cable car to the observation deck overlooking Amanohashidate, the blue sky, coastline, and mountain views along the way were so captivating that we couldn't help but take photos. Lunch was at a restaurant with large windows offering stunning views; the seafood donburi, pork cutlet donburi, and cold noodles were all incredibly delicious! In Miyama, we also tried Miyama milk and bought soba noodles. There were also many charming little scenic spots to enjoy at our leisure. A special thank you to our guide, Kelly, for being so kind and thoughtful; she even helped us buy donuts, adding a delightful surprise to our trip. She also took many beautiful photos of us, and there was no extra charge for taking photos with your phone; if you wanted to print them out, it was only 1,500 yen per photo, definitely worth keeping as a souvenir. With private transportation, there was no need to constantly check traffic, transfer, or worry about getting lost, making it much easier for families traveling together. This trip wasn't just about beautiful scenery, but also delicious food and lots of laughter, making it an unforgettable day in our Kansai trip. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience both the coastal city of Kyoto and the charm of Miyama!

First of all, I'd like to thank our tour leader, Batu (BA), for his explanations. He shared a lot of knowledge that foreigners might not know, along with some honest advice (such as which restaurants offer good value for money, and information about eye drops, etc.). Secondly, I joined yesterday's (October 1st) tour, and the attractions weren't crowded at all, plus the weather was great, so the experience was excellent. Even as someone who's afraid of heights, I wasn't afraid to ride the chairlift at Amanohashidate, although you could actually take the cable car. Furthermore, I felt that allocating too much time at each attraction would have resulted in a rushed experience, because Amanohashidate View Land doesn't offer many facilities for adults (children are an exception) besides chairlifts, aerial bike rides, taking photos, or having dessert. The boat trip to feed the seagulls was very pleasant, and Egan was beautiful.

Although I didn't get the buy-one-get-one-free deal on the pedestrian bridge, I saved myself the time of figuring out the transportation. The cable car was also beautiful, and everything was great!

Egan is a bit too small. Actually, it's more cost-effective and flexible to buy tickets one by one, making the most of your time.
