This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the number of participants for a departure date is less than 2, the tour will not be confirmed, and you will be notified at least 7 days before the departure date.
The tour fee includes round-trip transportation and the service of an accompanying staff member, but does not include attraction tickets (snow monster vehicle, Fox Village, etc.) or meals. Please pay the relevant fees directly to the staff on-site.
If the snow monster vehicle service is suspended due to poor weather, the ticket fee for the vehicle will be refunded; however, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and no further refunds will be provided.
Please note that snowfall in the Southern Tohoku region varies slightly each year, and significant snow accumulation usually does not occur until late December. The best viewing period for the Zao Snow Monsters is from mid-January to early March each year.
