- If the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached, a cancellation email will be sent 2 days prior to the travel date.
- In case of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made by 13:00 on the day before departure, and you will be notified via email thereafter.
- Cancellations and refunds are not accepted within 48 hours of departure. To change or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance and receive confirmation; otherwise, a full refund will not be provided.
- Instruction is provided with one instructor for every 10-20 participants; actual arrangements are subject to the supplier's discretion on the day.
- The bus will only wait for 5 minutes at the designated meeting time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds on the day. Please note that there may be a 10-15 minute delay in pick-up times due to late arrivals or traffic conditions.
