  • If the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached, a cancellation email will be sent 2 days prior to the travel date.
  • In case of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made by 13:00 on the day before departure, and you will be notified via email thereafter.
  • Cancellations and refunds are not accepted within 48 hours of departure. To change or cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance and receive confirmation; otherwise, a full refund will not be provided.
  • Instruction is provided with one instructor for every 10-20 participants; actual arrangements are subject to the supplier's discretion on the day.
  • The bus will only wait for 5 minutes at the designated meeting time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds on the day. Please note that there may be a 10-15 minute delay in pick-up times due to late arrivals or traffic conditions.
  • In the event of a collision with other visitors while skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication; medical or compensation expenses must be borne by yourself.
  • For safety reasons, walking on the ski slopes while holding equipment is prohibited. Those without ski equipment are not allowed to enter the ski area and must remain in the dining area.
  • A handling fee of JPY 2,000 per person will be charged for any changes to booking details, departure dates, or number of participants within 24 hours of departure. Please ensure the correct number of participants and departure date before booking.
  • Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. It is not possible to change the plan on-site and request a refund. It is recommended to book lift tickets in advance for better rates.
  • Children under 3 years old may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. Proof of age is required, and it must be noted at the time of booking. Failure to notify or providing incorrect age information will result in a transport fee of JPY 7,500 per person.
  • Please be sure to provide a real-time contact method for pre-departure confirmation notifications.
