We will contact you before the trip via WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm your pick-up details.
The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at hotels or apartments, and 120 minutes for airport pickups (starting from the actual landing time). After this waiting period, if we cannot reach you or you are not present, the driver will leave and the service will be considered completed.
