We are currently offering Regular seating reservation with a 1,000 yen meal voucher and BOX sofa seat reservation with a 6,000 yen meal voucher. To ensure a smooth experience, please purchase your tickets in advance before visiting.

[Information about meal vouchers]
*The "Regular seating reservation with a 1,000 yen meal voucher" is a ticket valid for one person per voucher. Please prepare the same number of tickets as the number of people wishing to enter.
*The "BOX sofa seat reservation with a 6,000 yen meal voucher" is a ticket that allows entry for up to 4 people per ticket. It can also be used for groups of 3 or fewer.
*When paying for food and drinks, "Regular seating reservations" can be used as a 1,000 yen meal voucher each, and "BOX sofa seating reservations" can be used as a 6,000 yen meal voucher each. These vouchers cannot be used for purchases at the merchandise shop.
*If your order amount is less than the face value of the meal voucher (1,000 yen or 6,000 yen), we will not be able to give you change due to system limitations.
*BOX sofa seats are available in limited numbers and are on a time-slot basis. Please note that if you arrive later than your reserved time, your usage time may be shortened.
*The adjoining merchandise shop is open to everyone and does not require reservation tickets for "Chiikawa Restaurant".

Tickets
*Customers who have purchased any type of meal voucher are requested to gather in front of our restaurant approximately 10 minutes before the meeting time indicated on their electronic ticket. We will guide you to your seats in order as soon as preparations are complete.
*Customers who purchased meal tickets for the 11:05 meeting time should gather at the storefront after Ikebukuro PARCO opens.
*Please note that you may not be able to enter the restaurant at the time indicated on your meal ticket. During busy periods, you may have to wait for several tens of minutes before entering. Thank you for your understanding.
*All meal vouchers are only valid for the reservation time indicated on the day. If you arrive at the restaurant significantly later than your reservation time, we will refuse your entry.
*Please note that once you have purchased any reservation tickets, you cannot change the date and time of your purchase. Also, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer circumstances.

*BOX sofa seats with meal vouchers: You can purchase up to one voucher per person per time slot.
*Transferring, exchanging, or reselling this ticket for profit, including listing it on online auctions, is strictly prohibited. We will not be held responsible for any problems arising from these actions.
*Please note that we cannot reissue reserved tickets for any reason, including loss or theft of electronic tickets or smartphones.
*Please note that you will be denied entry if you forget your electronic ticket (smartphone).
