This exhibition requires online purchase of tickets for specific time slots for entry. We initially wanted to buy them on-site, but staff asked us to complete the purchase online using Trip.com, so we opted for the familiar KKDay. After purchasing, showing the voucher was all it took for entry, which was very convenient. Also, note that the exhibition entrance is located in the Suncity B1 underground shopping mall towards Ikebukuro. Suitcases and backpacks are not allowed inside the exhibition area. The exhibition is one-way; once you leave, you cannot turn back. Cell phone signal inside is very poor, so be sure to connect to Wi-Fi. The exhibition is mainly for taking photos, and before leaving, you can take photos with two large plush toys. Kikawa is incredibly cute! Even on a weekday during our winter break, it was quite crowded; if you're going on a weekend, you might need to buy tickets in advance.
This is a great attraction for family trips. The penguins are adorable, the view from the observation deck is beautiful, and the barcode scanning for entry after purchasing tickets is very convenient. A must-see attraction, definitely worth the price!
Although the price is a bit high, the quality is excellent, so I'll definitely eat there again next time I have the chance.
