- Create an original photo frame by arranging colorful cut glass on a glass frame as if you were painting a picture. It fits a postcard-sized photo. After kiln-firing, we will assemble it into a frame and ship it to you. The experience takes about 50 minutes. Please note that you cannot take it home on the day of the experience. Shipping is available only within Japan. 【COVID-19 Measures】 Tools, tables, and chairs are disinfected after each session.

- We have plenty of colorful cut glass prepared. Design your frame by freely arranging the pieces on the frame while imagining the finished product.

- Leave the kiln-firing and finishing to us. We will ship it to your designated address (within Japan only) in about 1 to 2 weeks. Shipping fee starts from 600 yen per location.

From the San'in Expressway to the Matsue Chuo Ramp, take the Matsue Sodeshimachi intersection in front of the Prefectural Art Museum, then the Shinjiko Bridge, and head toward Shiomi Nawate.
By train:
Take the Lake Line Bus from the north exit of Matsue Station and get off at the "Lafcadio Hearn Memorial Museum" bus stop.
By other means:
Izumo Enmusubi Airport - Shuttle bus (approx. 30 minutes) - JR Matsue Station - Bus

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
