Participant age: 6 to 70 years old
What to wear/bring: Please wear everyday clothes. *Wearing a swimsuit, rash guard, or inner tights underneath will make the experience smoother. Wetsuits are available for free rental. *If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to rubber, please wear a rash guard or inner tights. - Swimsuit (It's useful to have a temperature-regulating jacket such as shorts or a rash guard.) - Shoes that you don't mind getting wet (Sports shoes or strap sandals are ideal. No Crocs.) - Sunscreen and other UV protection items - Eyeglass bands, or swimming goggles if you're worried about wearing contacts. - Regular medications (such as asthma inhalers) - Motivation and a big smile!
Rental equipment: Wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, paddle (all rental fees are included in the participation fee)
Duration: 90 minutes for rafting and 90 minutes for BBQ. Total time: about 3 hours.
