A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Local staff only speak Japanese.

Snowboards and skis can be loaded onto the bus or into the trunk free of charge.

Due to snowfall and weather conditions, opening hours may be shortened or some lifts may be closed, but no refunds will be given.

During the morning departure day trip period, arrival at the destination may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting point, road congestion or accidents along the way, weather, traffic accidents, or other unavoidable reasons. In addition, we cannot guarantee that the bus will arrive later than scheduled. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any reduction in the time spent at the destination or the time spent skating as a result. (We will not provide any compensation.)

There will be no refunds for unused lift tickets due to customer reasons.

Please note that children under the age of 3 are not permitted to participate.

On the day of the rental, you may be charged a property damage waiver fee (= one-time insurance) for rental equipment at the rental shop.
