- Each adult is allowed to bring one child under the age of 6 for free. If there is a child who requires a seat, please purchase an additional child ticket (6–11 years old)
- Please note that advance reservations for the Goraiko Bus to Mount Norikura are required
- You can also use the direct bus "National Park Liner" from Matsumoto to Kamikochi (on-site reservations are required, no advance reservations are allowed)
- If you want to use the "National Park Liner," please present your e-voucher at Matsumoto Bus Terminal the day before or on the day of departure for redemption and inform the ticket counter staff
