- You can decide the route and length of stay at the attractions by yourself, but the total time using the car remains unchanged.
- Please provide the following information when ordering:

- If departing from an airport, please provide flight information - The first child safety seat is free of charge. The second and subsequent seats are charged JPY 2,000 each and can be paid on site. Please note in the order that the bus does not provide child safety seat service.
- Please fill in the number of people and luggage size truthfully. If the vehicle is overloaded on that day, the driver has the right to refuse to carry passengers.
- According to Japanese traffic laws, commercial vehicles cannot drive continuously for more than 2.5 hours (rest time must be at least 30 minutes).
- If you need to take the expressway, please pay in Japanese yen according to the actual fare.
- If the departure point is a B&B, and the road is narrow and we cannot pick you up at the door, please get on the bus at the nearest location.

Night overtime charges
The service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00. If you use the car outside of this time, you will need to pay an additional overtime fee of JPY 1,500/30 minutes.
Less than 30 minutes will be calculated as 30 minutes. The night overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay it directly to the driver in cash.

Tour guide fee
Each vehicle model does not include a tour guide. If you need a tour guide, the fee is JPY 22,000/day/vehicle. Please note in the order notes and pay in cash on site.
Safety seat cost
The first car seat is free, and the second and subsequent car seats are charged JPY 2,000 each, payable in cash to the driver. The bus does not provide child safety seats.
Reminders
Please take care of your valuables and fragile items. No compensation will be provided if damaged.
Children should not play in the car to avoid injuries caused by emergency braking of the vehicle.
The private charter car start time is subject to the reservation time. Please wait for boarding at the scheduled pick-up location on time.
If the trip cannot be carried out as scheduled due to force majeure such as typhoons or earthquakes, a full refund will be issued.
For additional fare items (child safety seats, empty bus fares, fare increases in remote areas, bus driver meals and tips, tour guide fees, private charter car overtime and nighttime premiums), please pay cash to the driver on the day of departure. If payment is refused, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger without refund.
This product is a single-group private charter car service. Passengers must board and alight at the same time. It does not support boarding and alighting in batches or turning back to pick up and drop off different members midway.
The itinerary must include attractions along the way to avoid traveling between different areas (e.g., south first, then north, then back to south). We will arrange a smooth and safe driving route for you based on the actual road conditions.

Cancellation Policy

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
