🏘Things to note when staying at the resort🏘

- Check-in time is 15:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

-The resort rooms are one-bed rooms with heated floor. There will be one large bed or two small beds. When more than two people check in, the extra beds must be made up. The beds will be in the cabinet and you can use them yourself.

-Personal toiletries are not provided in the resort rooms. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton swabs and comb. The room is provided with a hair dryer, small towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Please bring other necessary items by yourself.

-This product does not include breakfast for the next day. If necessary, you can purchase it at the hotel front desk.

-All room are non-smoking room. Pets are not allowed in the room.

- Cooking is prohibited in the room. To ensure the safety of our guests, please do not bring any external equipment other than the basic equipment, such as gas stoves, electric ovens, grills, etc.

-Please separate general (combustible/non-combustible), recycling, and food waste and put them in separate recycling bins.

- Please close the front door when you go out. Please note that the resort will not be responsible for any theft or loss of items.

-Please do not violate public order, drink excessively, cause riots, open the entrance door to barbecue, or engage in other behaviors that may cause inconvenience or harm to other guests in the room.

- The air conditioning and heating in the room are centrally adjusted according to different seasons and external temperatures. The cooling/heating cannot be activated at the same time. Please understand that the activation time varies in different seasons/time periods.

- During the winter, if the facilities are damaged due to skiing or snowboarding equipment brought into the apartment, you will be obliged to pay for it. Please place the skiing or snowboarding equipment in the equipment locker.

-Minors under the age of 19 are not allowed to stay alone. If a minor is unable to stay at the hotel, they must download the "Minor Accommodation Consent Form" and fill it out in person before they can apply to stay.

- Included: TV / simple refrigerator / double bed / double dining table / chairs, etc.

-Tent space is 4M*8M, 220V voltage, separate BBQ grill

- Check-in time is 15:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am (the check-in deadline for the day is 21:00, and those who do not check-in without prior contact will be treated as no show).

-For customers who check in on the same day, please do not leave your luggage after parking in the parking lot. Please go to the information center to check in and follow the guidance of the staff.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability on the day of the stay. - For 2-hour early check-in (13:00) or 2-hour late check-out (13:00), please contact the Advance Inquiry Center on the day of the stay (if the stay exceeds the standard time by 2 hours, an additional 1-day fee will be charged).

-Please bring room reservation number and ID card (passport) when checking in to facilitate check-in procedures.

- Glamping can accommodate up to 2 people. If there are more than 2 people, please book the second camping spot.

- Please clean up the surrounding area after check-out, sort the garbage and report it to the information center after recycling, and receive check-out confirmation such as additional settlement.

- The operation hours of the consultation center are from 09:00 am to 22:00 pm. In the event of other natural disasters, calamities, emergencies, or emergencies, please report or call our consultation center staff and we will provide assistance as quickly as possible.

-Please use the bathhouse on the first floor of the Ski House from 08:00 to 21:30.

- You can wash your hands, face or brush your teeth at the washbasin in the public bathroom, but please respect other passengers and do not wash your feet, back or head, etc., which will overly expose your body.

-The entire camping area is a pet-free zone. Please do not bring pets to the camping area.

- Smoking is not permitted in any area of ​​the camping park, please use the designated smoking areas.

- The camping area will be disinfected and sterilized every day. The camping park is an unpolluted natural lawn and forest area. Squirrels, deer, crows, pests (mosquitoes, flies, moths, bugs, etc.), and snakes may appear there, so please be careful.

-Please recycle the generated garbage in the designated recycling bins. Be sure to recycle them in a classified manner with a nature conservation mindset.

- Due to the natural geographical characteristics of the camping park, sudden valley winds or strong winds may blow, so please be careful of light personal items that may be blown away by the wind.

- There may be mist and dew in the early morning, so it is recommended to keep items that are easily affected by moisture in the tent or vehicle.

-Please be careful when using electrical sockets and electrical products during lightning strikes or rainy days.

-Large stoves can only be used in the automatic camping site, and the usage time is ~24:00. They must not be used in personal tents or tent decks. You can place a fireproof cloth or stove stand on the grass next to the deck to use the stove.

- When using the camping deck and its ancillary facilities, the guests are responsible for any damage or loss of the facilities. If the facilities are damaged or lost, they will be liable for compensation.

- To prevent fires around the campsite, please be sure to follow the safety rules. Customers who use a separate cooking or stove should always check that the remaining fire is completely burned out after use or before going to bed.

-Children and other minors are not allowed to use the product without the consent of their guardians. Guardians accompanying minors should pay attention to the safety of the children. In case of safety accidents, customers have the obligation to take precautions to protect themselves.

- The camping park is located in the middle of nature. If you enter or exit the area that is not the customer route without permission and cause an accident or injury, the customer will be held responsible for the accident. If the accident occurs due to unfamiliarity, the company cannot bear civil or criminal liability.

- In order to maintain a comfortable space for passengers, the use of all public facilities (campfires, barbecue areas, game areas, etc.) is prohibited between 22:00 and 06:00, except for toilets and shelters (lounge). Please refrain from playing guitar, singing loudly, and other disruptive behaviors after drinking to avoid causing harm to other passengers.

- Please do not drive while under the influence of alcohol during camping. (Including close-range mobile parking!!)

-GS25 convenience store is located on the first floor of the resort building and is open 24 hours a day (selling firewood, butane gas, oxygen gas, picnic mats, meat, vegetables and other camping supplies).
