If you are late for the meeting time, you will not be able to participate in the tour. Please arrive with plenty of time.
Participation from the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is not permitted.
Drinking alcohol or bringing alcoholic beverages into the accommodation is strictly prohibited. Also, as alcohol may cause altitude sickness, please refrain from drinking alcohol during your ascent or descent of Mt. Fuji.
If the English-speaking tour conductor or mountain guide determines that a client's life is in danger, regardless of the reason, the client will be required to leave the group and leave the mountain.
If you do not listen to the rules explained by the English-speaking tour conductor or mountain guide, or if you proceed with the climb on your own, we will terminate the provision of this service. Please be sure to listen to the explanations of the tour conductor or guide and act accordingly.
Seats cannot be reserved.
There will be one toilet break during the trip there and one during the trip back.
Mount Fuji and most of its base are designated as a national park, a World Heritage Site, and a historic site, and are protected by law. Collecting plants and animals, collecting rocks and lava, graffiti, pitching tents, making bonfires, and letting pets run loose are all prohibited.
Children under 6 years old are not permitted to participate.
Trying to stray from the path on a crowded hiking trail can be dangerous as it can cause falls and rockslides.
Please be sure to follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and mountain guide. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the mountain.
Tour coordinators and mountain guides may decide to descend for safety reasons.
Tours are conducted in English. Climbing can be dangerous. Please do not attempt the climb alone.
Lunch is not included on the first and second days.
The tour may be cancelled in the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or heavy rain. If the tour is cancelled, we will contact you at least one day in advance.
