We are a tempura specialty restaurant where you can casually enjoy authentic tempura. We offer about 30 types of tempura fried in special rapeseed oil. In addition to tempura, we also have a wide selection of classic izakaya dishes. Our restaurant features a calm yet bright and open atmosphere, with both counter and table seating available. Our restaurant always has 30 types of tempura on offer, and we use special rapeseed oil, which gives it a light and crispy finish. We also have a wide variety of original tempura, such as classic tempura made with fresh ingredients delivered directly from local farmers, nori and salmon roe, avocado and wasabi nori, and zucchini and prosciutto. In addition, our special tempura sauce made with tamari soy sauce further enhances the flavor. Enjoy our authentic tempura to your heart's content!
Our 5-kind appetizer platter is a menu that makes use of seasonal ingredients. The contents change depending on the day's purchases, so you can enjoy new flavors every time you visit. Enjoy it with your drinks and tempura or other dishes! Other recommended dishes include "coarsely minced meat shumai" and "potato salad with smoked cheese and soft-boiled egg." For the final dish, we have 3-4 types of dipping soba noodles made with Echizen's "Munechika soba," so please try them out◎
We have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks on the menu. We offer our signature drinks such as our "Homemade Craft Sour" made by steeping fruits and herbs in shochu or spirits, and lemon sour made with lemons from the Setouchi region! Our sake is local Kanazawa sake, and we have a wide selection ranging from refreshing to easy-to-drink. We also have a wide selection of domestic wines, which you can enjoy by the glass or by the bottle!
Located on the first floor of a hotel, a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, it's easy to get to.
