Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 6 and are required to be purchased on-site

Travel time and sightseeing time are only estimates. Please note that they may vary depending on road conditions and other factors.

If you participate with an odd number of people, you may be seated next to another person on the bus.

Please do not touch foxes at Miyagi Zao Fox Village (as you may be bitten). Please also follow other precautions within the park.

The frost-covered trees and snow scenery may not be viewable depending on weather conditions.

To get to Ginzan Onsen town, you will need to change to a shuttle bus just before the hot spring town.

We may change the order of the itinerary.

The Kamikawa River boat trip is scheduled to be on a kotatsu boat, but if this is not possible due to a malfunction or other reason, we will operate on a regular heated boat. In this case, no refunds will be given.

The Zao Ropeway and Mogami River Boat Ride may be suspended or the route may be changed due to weather conditions or other reasons. In the event of a suspension, we will refund the cost of the purchase depending on the situation, but this does not apply if the cost is covered by alternative measures.

As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.

Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

The child (elementary school student) rate is 5,000 yen off the adult rate. Preschool children (ages 3-5) are charged a flat rate of 8,000 yen.

The travel fee for children aged 3-5 (preschoolers) includes only the bus seat fee. If you require other items (bedding, meals, points, etc.), please apply as a child (elementary school student).

Please leave the room allocation and room type of your accommodation to us. Room layouts and views from the rooms are not uniform depending on the accommodation.

Meal contents may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances such as supply conditions.
