What You Can Expect
1 Day
- <Check-in and changing clothes> After checking in, you will change into a wetsuit.

■Age: Healthy people between the ages of 2 and 59 and those under junior high school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Those under the age of 18 must have a parental consent signature on the participation form. If you are not accompanied by a parent or guardian, we will send you the document in PDF format in advance, so please contact us when making your reservation.
■In order to prioritize safety, people who have fallen under any of the following categories in the past or present will not be able to participate.
・People with heart, brain or lung diseases, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, blood or endocrine system diseases, mental or panic disorders, learning disabilities, other illnesses currently receiving medical treatment, people taking prescription medication (excluding contraceptives), pregnant women (people who may be pregnant)
・Those who are 45 years old or older, have a BMI of 30 or more, or have not had a health check within the past year. *Those who have still not consumed alcohol will not be able to participate. Please refrain from drinking heavily on the day or the day before.

Please note that the time, venue, and program may be changed or canceled depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. In addition, no cancellation fee will be charged if flights are canceled or delayed due to natural disasters such as typhoons.
If you cancel during the alternative tour, a cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that this is a tour that involves nature.
If a high wave warning is issued for Onna Village due to a typhoon or strong wind, the tour will be canceled in accordance with local ordinances and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Even if there is no wave warning, the tour may be canceled at the discretion of the staff on the day. If you decide to cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses etc. even if the tour is cancelled after the tour has been arranged.
If it rains suddenly or there is a problem with the equipment during the tour, you may not be able to take photos or videos. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.
Regarding flight cancellations and delays, if you are unable to participate due to a cancellation or significant delay caused by bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee. Please obtain and present a certificate. If you do not have a certificate, you will be charged the regular cancellation fee. If you are unable to board due to oversleeping or being late, a cancellation fee will be charged.

- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
