Participation restrictions
If you suddenly become ill or develop a fever or other symptoms during the trip, you will be asked to leave the group. In this case, the travel fee will not be refunded. Please note that there will be no refund in this situation.
Visitors with a junior high school education or below are not allowed to purchase tickets alone. Please be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Visitors under the age of 18 are required to provide a parental consent form.
Due to revisions to the Road Traffic Law, please be sure to wear your seatbelt when riding in a vehicle; due to the design and structure of seatbelts, infants under 3 years old are not allowed to participate in this activity.

If the ski slopes (1000 meters with a single lift) become available due to snow and ice breakage, tourism activities will be conducted. *Expected to open on November 21 (Friday).
Upon arrival at the ski resort, please use the coin-operated luggage lockers (fee applies) available at the resort to store your luggage.
The number of bus stops at Nagoya Station is limited, and you may be asked to wait if there are many passengers. Please note that in this case, the bus will depart 10-20 minutes later than the departure time from Nagoya Station.
The departure and arrival times listed in the itinerary are scheduled times. Actual times may vary due to weather and road conditions.
On the day of the event, the seats on the bus will be marked with the names of the people represented on the seating chart inside the bus. Please check your name and take your assigned seat.
There are no accompanying persons on the bus. Please follow the instructions of the bus attendant and ticket seller while the bus is in operation.
Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather conditions, or other unavoidable reasons. The company will not be liable for any claims arising from late arrivals requiring taxi rides or overnight stays.
The baggage handling service during boarding and alighting is provided solely by the bus driver and staff. Due to limited luggage space in the tour bus, large luggage with a total length of more than 150 cm on three sides and snow scooters are not accepted.
Other information
If there are zero passengers 10 days before the departure date, the event will be cancelled.
The decision to cancel the tour due to insufficient snowfall will be communicated "one day prior to the departure date".
Due to road conditions, snow accumulation, or other unavoidable reasons, the tour may be cancelled on the day of departure. In such cases, the tour group will issue a notice at the meeting point (Nagoya).
If you cancel your trip at the meeting point (Nagoya), the cost of transportation to the meeting point will not be refunded.
Due to bus operation reasons, two or more routes may be merged.
