A maximum of 6 people can board the boat. For children under 12 years old, 2 people will be counted as 1 person. Infants under 1 year old will not be included in the number of people.

Reminders

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.

  • Departure may be canceled due to sea or weather conditions. We will contact you the day before or on the day.

  • Please note that if the event is canceled, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses.

  • If the weather suddenly changes after departure and it is determined that it is not safe to continue, the boat may return to port early, so please follow the captain's instructions. *Please note that we cannot offer refunds after departure.

  • What to wear/bring: Sunscreen, change of clothes, bath towel, motion sickness medicine, etc. Life jacket, guide fee, insurance fee, and consumption tax are included in the price.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
