Snowboards and skis can be loaded onto the bus or into the trunk free of charge.

Due to snowfall and weather conditions, opening hours may be shortened or some lifts may be closed, but no refunds will be given.
There will be no refunds for unused lift tickets due to customer reasons.
During the morning departure day trip period, arrival at the destination may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, road congestion or accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any reduction in the time spent at the destination or skiing time that may occur as a result. (We will not provide any compensation.)
