Please keep your valuables, fragile items, suitcases, etc. by yourself. We are not responsible for any losses such as damage, loss, or mistake. Thank you for your understanding.

Please place golf bags and large luggage in the luggage compartment under the bus.

To prevent mistakes, please attach a label with your name and contact information to your luggage whenever possible.

Valuables and precision instruments cannot be stored in the luggage compartment. Please bring it into the vehicle as carry-on luggage and keep it by yourself. Valuables (cash, precious metals, passports, etc.), precision instruments (computers, cameras, etc.), animals, glass products, fresh food, and other fragile items.

Dangerous goods, harmful items, items that may block doors, emergency doors, passages, and items that may contaminate the vehicle are not allowed to be brought into the vehicle.

After the stroller is folded, it can be placed in the luggage compartment.

Passengers who are taking the bus from various hotels, please go directly to the boarding area with the bus exchange voucher. Please inquire at the front desk of each hotel for the specific waiting location.

Due to the structure of the vehicle, large surfboards cannot be stored. Please understand.

Bicycle passengers may dismantle the bicycle or store it in a wheeled bag in a folded state, etc., and place it in the luggage compartment if they agree to be exempted from liability for damage or malfunction caused by shaking during transportation. Please note that we may not be able to store your luggage due to congestion or other reasons on the day.

The airport bus is not a low-floor car, so wheelchairs cannot get on the bus directly. Folding wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage compartment, but please understand that electric wheelchairs cannot be used on the bus.

Please note that the airport bus stop location has changed: From the domestic terminal on the 1st floor of Naha Airport, exit from Exit 4 and walk towards the international terminal (it will be on your left). After passing the police station and crossing the pedestrian crossing, you will see the bus stop.
