Nov 7 Kanou crab season opens. We take pride in our ingredients, including blackthroat seaperch, Ishikawa hairy crab, and white gas shrimp. Enjoy Kanazawa's local cuisine.
Focusing on seasonal seafood. Established 53 years ago, we are located a 10-minute drive from Kanazawa Station, near Katamachi and the Nagamachi Samurai District. We value the natural flavors of our ingredients and strive to create a fun dining atmosphere. Our menu features over 100 à la carte items and over 20 types of sake. Our most popular dish is the crab cream croquette, a menu item that has remained since we first started as a Western-style restaurant. Our beef steak is also very popular. White gas shrimp sashimi, Ishikawa hairy crab, blackthroat seaperch, Kaga vegetables, and Yamagata koubako crab.

We are particular about the size of the Nodoguro we use, and try to use as large pieces as possible. Therefore, they are more fatty and tastier than smaller pieces. Please try them. Currently, we have a low stock and the prices are rising, so we purchase the best quality ones possible to provide.
Our store stocks Kano crabs in sizes ranging from 600g to 1.2kg every day. The thickness and length of the legs affect the taste of crab sashimi, so we recommend trying a large Kano crab (^^). Kano crabs from Ishikawa are available from November 6th (arrives on the 7th) to March 20th. The blue tag is proof that they are Kano crabs. We purchase crabs every day on market days and keep them alive in a large tank. The average price during crab season is 23,000 yen per person.
Almost all of the sake sold in the shop is from Ishikawa Prefecture, including the highly rare Tedorigawa "Rosanzen" and Tengumai "Yukanpaku," as well as Fukumitsuya "Kaga Tobi," Tsuruno Sake Brewery "Torai," and Toyama's "Katsukoma" and "Haneya."
