Our proud stone-grilled dish uses Hyuga chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture in abundance. The far-infrared effect of the stone-grilled dish, heated to nearly 250°C, removes excess fat and creates a fluffy finish. Enjoy with all five senses: eyes, ears, nose... Also, leave the cooking to the staff. If you are a junior, you don't have to ask your senior to cook it, and if you are entertaining, you can concentrate on the conversation. As a Suntory Draft Master, we serve the Master's Dream draft beer, which is so delicious it will blow your mind.
