What You Can Expect

- For passengers departing at 8:00 and 10:30: Meeting point: Nagoya Station (Mini Stop convenience store behind the Nagoya West Exit Big Camera).
- Passengers departing at 8:20 and 10:50, please meet at the Nagoya TV Tower at Oasis 21 for boarding.
- Nagoya Ghibli Park itinerary. Visit popular Nagoya spots including the 'Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park' and 'Ghibli Park'. You can freely choose to visit themed areas such as Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Mononoke Village, Hill of Youth, and Dondoko Forest. This is a must-visit destination for Hayao Miyazaki fans. *This itinerary does not have a child price; children aged 4 and over are charged as adults.
- 17:00 Return from Ghibli to Nagoya city. Drop-off location will be determined based on the passengers' return needs that day.
Purchase Notice
Free waiting time: The hotel offers 30 minutes of free waiting time. After that, an overtime fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.
Overtime and extra mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Child seat policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to the Japanese Road Traffic Law (Article 26 no 3 no 2, Paragraph 3, No. 6), point-to-point transfers are exempt from the obligation to provide child seats, so you can ride with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
This service is a private car transfer and does not include guided tours or other tour information. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
–Vehicle damage and cleaning costs–
If the passenger causes damage to the vehicle or a third-party vehicle due to their own reasons, the passenger shall bear the cost.
If vomit is spilled on the carpet or seats, or if a child's urine or feces contaminates the seats or carpet, the cleaning costs will be borne by the passenger.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
