Reservation to arrival at the ski resort
- Bus gathering and departure point: Shinjuku Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Oversized Vehicle Parking Lot. Refer to the itinerary for the location

- Depending on the number of registrants, buses from other travel agencies providing skiing services may be utilized. In such cases, the return parking location and time will be adjusted. You will be notified via a KKday message 1 week to 1 day before departure
- When meeting in Shinjuku, the bus will depart promptly. Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and ensure punctuality
- For all ski bus tours organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Kindly take all your belongings with you when you disembark, and refrain from leaving any items on the bus
- Upon arrival at the local area, proceed to the designated ski rental store for equipment rental. Please note that once rented, ski equipment cannot be replaced, and a fee will be incurred for re-renting equipment
- Afterwards, head to X-JAM Takai Fuji to enjoy skiing. At the lift ticket exchange office in the ski resort, use the exchange coupon to obtain a lift ticket

This itinerary does not include a tour guide. Please note that the Chinese version of the notes or itinerary will be provided on the day of the itinerary.
Please note that if affected by traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc, the itinerary or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed.
No early or midway departure allowed during the group itinerary. Leaving midway constitutes automatic forfeiture of the unfinished itinerary with no additional refunds. Passengers leaving the group or after doing so are responsible for any accidents.
Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will leave on time. If you are late, you will not be waiting, and you will not be able to join the tour midway.
Please note that ski clothing and ski suits are rental products and cannot be selected. They may not be the latest products.
If it is judged that the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow in the area, in principle, notification will be given 2 days before departure.
In principle, the itinerary will continue as long as more than one ski slope is in operation at the ski resort. However, the itinerary may be suspended based on the condition of the ski slopes.
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from JPY500 to JPY1,000 when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given.
When registering for a trip that departs in the evening, please be sure to pay attention to the departure date and time.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
