  • The departure/arrival/stop times of ports during the voyage may be adjusted/changed/cancelled according to the sailing situation. The final arrangements of the cruise line shall prevail. Customers agree and accept that the cruise line has the final decision and will not be deemed to have violated the Trade Descriptions Ordinance. Customers hereby waive any claims or compensation from the cruise line or our company.

  • The above itinerary and estimated arrival/departure time are for reference only. All details are subject to the final announcement of the shipping company.

  • Any name changes (or name removals) require the cruise line's prior approval and will incur a fee. At least one guest in the same cabin must remain unchanged. Otherwise, the booking will be considered a cancellation and rebooking, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply, subject to the cruise line's latest pricing policy. Cancellations will be subject to the cruise line's penalty policy and an administrative fee of HK$500 per person per transaction.

  • The e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please present a printed voucher and your passport to redeem your ticket
Your KKday voucher is not your embarkation document. Your official embarkation document will be mailed to you by Royal Caribbean International three days prior to departure. Please print your ticket and arrive at the port for check-in at the designated embarkation time as indicated on your cruise document.
