For those who require airport transfer, we provide a free shuttle bus. Please indicate your requirement in the remarks section if needed. If you do not require this service, please proceed directly to the rental office for pick-up.
2. Picking up the vehicle
Please have the following documents ready when picking up the vehicle.
- Passport, driver's license from your home country, and the original or a Japanese translation of an International Driving Permit issued within the last year (for Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan).
3. Vehicle pick-up process
We will first provide a brief explanation of the vehicle, visually inspect the car body for any damage, and create a record before departure. The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel, so no additional refueling is required at the time of departure.
4. Returning the vehicle / After-hours settlement, etc.
Please return the vehicle to the office within the agreed time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Upon return, our staff will record the mileage and inspect the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Please note that if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of gas, a fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
* If the vehicle is returned after the specified time, an overtime fee will be charged. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank of fuel, you will be charged separately based on the actual distance driven.
5. Free drop-off (after return)
Please inform our staff if you require a drop-off service.
- Important Information -
- We will process the rental car agreement. Please note that a 'driver's license valid in Japan' is strictly required for reception. At the designated pick-up location, you will check the vehicle with our staff and sign the necessary documents. There is also a checklist regarding the insurance coverage and deductible compensation system. Please read and understand it before signing.
- In the event of an accident, please be sure to contact the nearest police station and our office. Please make sure to ask for the name of the responding police officer.
- Insurance will not apply in cases of drunk driving, speeding, exceeding the contract time, driving by an unauthorized person, or accidents caused by self-inflicted damage.
- The insurance and compensation coverage for our rental cars includes unlimited coverage for bodily injury and property damage, and 30 million yen per person for passenger injury compensation. However, 'self-inflicted accidents' and 'accidents where the other party cannot be identified (such as hit-and-run)' are not covered by the deductible compensation system.
- Use of a child seat is mandatory when carrying children under 6 years old. If you are traveling with children under 6, please be sure to indicate the child's age in the remarks section when booking. The fee for child seats and junior seats is 550 yen per day each. Please pay the fee on-site.
- Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Please note that if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of gas, a fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
- Please note that we use pre-owned vehicles (vehicles older than 10 years or with over 100,000 km of mileage).

Purchase Notice
- The usage time of the car is calculated on a pro rata basis, with the calculation reset at midnight. Example: If you pick up the car on the 1st and return it on the 5th, the usage period is 5 days. Please select the 5-day plan when booking.
