The service may be canceled on the day of departure based on road traffic information, snow conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances. In this case, participants will be informed at the pick-up point (Nagoya) and will not be reimbursed for transportation there.
There is a limited number of parking bays at Nagoya Station from which buses can depart. As such, departure may be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes on busy days.
There have been multiple reports of luggage theft, loss, misplacement or mix-up at departure, break and arrival. While staff will load and unload luggage as a service, the operator cannot be held liable for luggage safety. Customers are asked to take responsibility for their own luggage.
Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, and other unavoidable circumstances. In the unlikely event that customers require a taxi or overnight accommodation due to a delay in the return trip, KKday cannot be held liable for the costs.
There will be no tour guide on the trip. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and staff while on the bus.
Since luggage space on the tour bus is limited, items such as large suitcases (when the total measurement of the height, width, and depth is 150 cm or more) or snowscoots cannot be transported. Passengers may store one piece of luggage each in the trunk of the bus.
One snowboard per passenger can be transported free of charge.
When renting equipment, there is no guarantee that requested items will be in stock. It may take a long time to rent equipment during the New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, weekends, public holidays, etc., so it is recommended that customers bring their own equipment. There are no refunds in case the required size (of snowboard, clothing, etc.) is not available to rent on the day of the trip.
Please note that seatbelts are required as a result of revisions to the Road Traffic Act.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Also, please refrain from drinking alcohol, eating, or talking loudly on the bus.
