  • The service may be canceled on the day of departure based on road traffic information, snow conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances. In this case, participants will be informed at the pick-up point (Nagoya) and will not be reimbursed for transportation there.

  • There is a limited number of parking bays at Nagoya Station from which buses can depart. As such, departure may be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes on busy days.

  • There have been multiple reports of luggage theft, loss, misplacement or mix-up at departure, break and arrival. While staff will load and unload luggage as a service, the operator cannot be held liable for luggage safety. Customers are asked to take responsibility for their own luggage.
