Amazing coverage area (from Incheon and Myeongdong to the provinces)// Not only in Seoul's Incheon Airport and Myeongdong area, but also in Geumsan, a rural area famous for its ginseng, the signal was strong and the communication speed was very stable. Even if you travel to the provinces, you can rest assured that you can use the SK network, a major carrier. __▼2. Peace of mind knowing your phone number in advance// It's really convenient to be able to check your Korean phone number (010~) while you're still in Japan. A phone number is often required for making restaurant reservations and registering for waiting lists in Korea, so it was reassuring to have it ready before departure. __▼3. Setup is incredibly smooth// I scanned the QR code in advance while I was still in Japan to complete the setup. Upon arrival in Korea: The moment I arrived in Korea, it automatically switched to the SK network and I was able to use the internet immediately. Upon returning home: It was very smart and convenient that it automatically switched back to the Japanese SIM without me having to change any settings when I returned to Japan. __▼4. [Important] Points to note and troubleshooting tips // Check your email: The "reservation voucher" and the "eSIM QR code" will arrive in separate emails, so be sure to check that you have both before departure. How to deal with connection problems: My friend who was with me initially had trouble connecting, but after referring to the official troubleshooting guide and deleting "unnecessary configuration profiles" (such as settings for SIMs from other companies that we had used before), it was activated immediately. Perfect for family trips, the airport is very convenient to get to the hotel, and the water slide is a lot of fun. I would definitely come back again next time.
