It's alright, it's thoughtful that the park provides mosquito repellent. However, the number of alpaca releases is much less than before.

Hsinchu Zoo has always been a popular choice for family trips in Northern Taiwan. This time, I visited with my family, and the overall impression can be described as "small but exquisite, relaxed and comfortable." The zoo isn't large, much smaller than the Taipei Zoo, but this makes it more suitable for families with young children or seniors, as you can see many animals without having to walk too much. The entrance layout is clearly planned, allowing you to quickly immerse yourself in the environment without getting lost or unsure where to start. While the variety of animals isn't particularly extensive, it includes the main star animals like hippos, tigers, monkeys, and birds. The exhibit spaces have been redesigned, showing a greater emphasis on the animals' living environment compared to traditional zoos, resulting in a better viewing experience. Children don't just "see" the animals; they can also learn something from the explanatory signs, making it both educational and fun. The walkways are well-planned, making it relatively easy to push strollers, and the slopes aren't too steep, making it friendly for families with children around 1 year old. There are also some rest areas and simple play facilities, allowing children to burn off some energy without having to "walk the entire route." Unfortunately, the dining options are limited, so it's recommended to eat beforehand or bring some snacks. Also, it gets quite crowded on weekends, especially in popular areas. For a better experience, it's advisable to visit on weekdays or early in the morning. Overall, Hsinchu Zoo doesn't aim for a large and comprehensive experience, but rather focuses on a relaxed, family-friendly approach. If your goal is a half-day trip that isn't too tiring and will keep your children happy, this is a great choice.

This was my first time taking a day tour, and the whole trip was excellent value! The driver and guide were incredibly professional, and their explanations of Shei-Pa National Park were very detailed and insightful, highlighting the plants, trees, and history. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. Highly recommended!

The teacher is super nice and can help you create your own lamps – there are so many different styles!

Aside from the fact that you can't specify a female masseur on KKDay, which isn't ideal, everything else was pretty good. The masseur's technique was good, the venue was large, spacious, and comfortable, and the Guiling tea was also delicious; they even gave me some as a gift.
