Our morning itinerary was too early; the shops in Hita Old Town weren't open yet. Our guide, Xiao Li, took us to Beppu Hell first, then we explored the area back. Surprisingly, almost no shops were open in Hita Old Town on a weekend afternoon 😅. There were only six of us in the group that day, and the minibus was very comfortable, with just enough space for everyone to put their souvenirs. Our guide, Xiao Li, was very thoughtful; he helped us arrange a comfortable itinerary, recommended local food and specialties, and even helped us carry our souvenirs.

Our tour guide, Zhu Zhu, was very enthusiastic and professional, offering many practical suggestions. She was very experienced and took care of both Chinese-speaking and Korean-speaking tourists. There was also another tour guide to help English-speaking tourists. The self-drive wildlife viewing experience at the zoo was novel and worthwhile, making it a very worthwhile trip!

There's a window at the ticket office for those who purchased tickets online. They can exchange their Kkday order QR code for a package ticket; no need to print a voucher. Visiting all five hells is worth the price, and you don't have to queue to buy tickets at each hell.

Before placing my order, the customer service staff were very patient and attentive in their responses, providing helpful suggestions. They contacted me 2-3 weeks before departure to confirm the itinerary, which was reassuring, and they thoughtfully arranged a Chinese-speaking driver for us. Ms. Takahashi, who transported our entire family of six, was diligent, considerate, and meticulous throughout the trip. She explained the background and history of each attraction I had selected before arrival, helping us better understand its features. Our two-day chartered trip was relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable for everyone! If I have the opportunity to travel to Kyushu, Japan again, I hope to have Ms. Takahashi serve me again!

The itinerary was packed, and our tour guide, Seven, was attentive, responsible, and caring. The driver was also very considerate, driving to the nearest convenient point for the passengers.

It can be used directly on your phone, eliminating the need to queue for a physical card, which is very convenient. When the station opened, the staff were also familiar with the procedures, requiring no extra communication and making it very friendly to travelers.

You can take a bus to observe wildlife up close, and there's still an hour left to see these adorable animals. It's a worthwhile attraction (tickets do not include entrance fees; the guide will collect cash on the bus). I'm unsure if this was due to a combined tour or rain that day, but the original itinerary included Mount Yufu, though this attraction wasn't actually included.
