商品說明

Discover Venice through its cuisine on an immersive food and wine tour that blends local history, traditions, and unforgettable flavors. Led by a knowledgeable local guide, you’ll experience the city’s culinary scene just as Venetians do.

Begin at the historic Rialto Market, the heart of Venice’s food culture for generations. Stroll past colorful stalls brimming with seasonal lagoon produce as your guide introduces you to regional ingredients and age-old traditions. Learn about local specialties like the famous purple artichokes of Sant’Erasmo and admire the freshest daily catch at the iconic Pescaria, where locals still shop each morning.

Next, embrace one of Venice’s most cherished traditions: the Spritz. Learn what makes the perfect Venetian Spritz—whether prepared with Aperol, Select, or Campari—and enjoy it in the neighborhood where this iconic aperitivo became popular, paired with carefully selected snacks.

Continue with bacaro hopping through San Polo, a district known for its authentic atmosphere and local charm. Visit five family-run wine bars hidden along quiet streets, far from the crowds. At each stop, enjoy a glass of local wine (an ombra) or Prosecco while soaking in the laid-back Venetian vibe.

Throughout the tour, savor a curated selection of traditional Venetian dishes that reflect the city’s culinary identity, including handmade cicchetti, baccalà mantecato, folpetti (octopus), and mozzarella in carrozza.
