Hi, I'm Daniel. For more than ten years I shot campaigns for Italian fashion houses, Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana among them. I loved that work, but what I really wanted to photograph was spontaneity, real people, genuine moments. That's what I do now, and it makes me happy. Venice isn't a destination for me. It's home. I know which bridge is empty at eight in the morning and which courtyard turns gold an hour before sunset, and I love sharing that with people.
I photograph couples, families, solo travelers, and the occasional big moment that deserves to be remembered properly.
Once you book, I'll write to you. I like to know a little about you before we meet: who's coming, what brings you to Venice, what you'd love to take home. I build the experience around that.
I'll meet you outside your hotel or B&B, or wherever's easiest. We'll see the Venice you came for, then I'll take you into the quiet parts you'd walk right past on your own.
Don't worry about posing. Almost nobody knows what to do with their hands at first, and that's completely normal. I'll give you small, easy things to do, we'll talk and walk, and after about ten minutes it starts to feel natural.
Planning a proposal or a surprise? Tell me, and we'll plan it together, I really know how to help! I've done it many times and I still get nervous with you.
There are two ways to do this. Ninety minutes gives you about 45 edited photos and a lovely story of your time here. Three hours gives you around 100, with space to slow down, change outfits, or add a gondola.
Your photos come back fully edited within five working days, in two versions: one for printing, one for your phone. Need them sooner? Just ask, 24 hour delivery is available for a small additional fee.
Two things I'm happy to organize, both optional and paid separately: a private gondola ride, and real handmade Venetian costumes. Just mention it when you book, and I'll take care of everything, you'll know the cost before you decide.
