An immersive day in the Turin of cinema, an elegant and scenic city that has fascinated international directors, actors, and productions for over a century. With its monumental squares, historic arcades, and royal residences, Turin transforms into an authentic open-air film set. A guided itinerary entirely on foot in the historic old town, with admission to the famous National Cinema Museum, one of the most important film museums in the world, housed inside the extraordinary Mole Antonelliana, the undisputed symbol of the city. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will explore the history of the seventh art through sets, historical posters, optical machines, costumes, and fun facts related to the great stars of international cinema. The experience will also include a panoramic ascent to the top of the Mole Antonelliana, from where you can admire Turin from above, with spectacular views of the Baroque squares, the Po, and the Alps. The day continues with lunch at a typical Piedmontese restaurant, with a traditional menu including a starter, first or second course, water and coffee. In the afternoon, visit the RAI Radio and Television Museum, a symbolic place in the history of Italian radio and television. Here you will discover the birth of public television, the historic RAI studios and the evolution of Italian audiovisual communication, among period equipment, sets and original materials. This is followed by a film-themed city tour in the heart of Turin to discover the most iconic locations chosen as sets for national and international movies and TV series. Strolling through monumental squares and historic palaces, you will relive the atmosphere of famous productions such as The Italian Job, Dario Argento's Deep Red, After Midnight, Santa Maradona, and numerous Italian dramas set in aristocratic and mysterious Turin such as Lidia Poët's La Legge and Cuore. From Piazza Castello to Piazza San Carlo, we will admire the splendid and majestic facades of the Royal Palace, Palazzo Madama and Palazzo Carignano, passing through Via Po and Piazza Vittorio Veneto, discovering how Turin has become one of the most beloved cities on the big screen over the years thanks to its elegant, cinematic and timeless atmospheres.
