Discover the authenticity of the Parma Hills with an immersive experience at a family-run boutique winery. The tour begins among the rows of the vineyard, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, where you can learn first-hand about the sustainable production techniques and respect for nature that characterize each stage of the process.
Accompanied by the winemakers, you will visit the winery to discover how the wines are produced without clarification or filtration, allowing time to impart character and complexity. The experience culminates with a guided food tasting of 5 wines made using the traditional Emilian method, accompanied by locally made bread and Casatico extra virgin olive oil, for a perfect pairing of local flavors.
