Test yourself and discover the secrets of the Italian culinary tradition with an exclusive pizza lesson in Sorrento's historic old town. Whether you're a beginner or a cooking enthusiast, this hands-on experience will turn you into a real pizzaiolo! Your gastronomic adventure will begin with a warm welcome: you will be greeted by our staff with a glass of sparkling wine to toast the start of the activity. Right after, you'll put on your apron and get to work. Under the careful guidance of a local master pizza chef, you will learn how to prepare the perfect dough from scratch, discovering stretching techniques and the secrets of leavening. Once the base is created, you can unleash your creativity: choose your favorite ingredients from a selection of fresh, local products to top your custom pizza. While your creation is cooking in the oven, you can sit back and relax. The most eagerly awaited moment will be the food tasting: you will sit down at the table to enjoy the pizza you have made with your own hands, accompanied by water and a beverage of your choice: a glass of local wine, a cold beer, or a soft drink. To finish on a sweet note, you'll be served a delicious homemade dessert.
