The Wine Experience consists of a visit to the Ca' dei Frati winery with a family sommelier (approximately 1 hour - often an exclusive visit with the winery closed, depending on the time of day), wine tasting of typical local wines according to availability (generally a sparkling wine, a still wine, and a red wine) with a savory aperitif from the family pastry shop La Fenice, and lunch or dinner depending on the time of the visit at our lakeside facility 1 km from the winery at La Lugana Trattoria.
Depending on the date, you can choose between the following options at the same price:
- Amarone Experience with an Amarone Pietro Dal Cero DOCG menu (risotto with Amarone and Monte Veronese and a meat main course with Amarone reduction, a sampling of Amarone Pietro Dal Cero, and a dessert; extra water and coffee to be paid for onsite). - Bubble Experience with a menu dedicated to sparkling wines (fresh egg pasta garganelli, Lake amatriciana sauce with smoked trout and char, and aged cheese from Monte Baldo, and for the second course, pike catch in Gardesana sauce, a tasting of Cuvèe dei Frati sparkling wine, and a dessert; extra water and coffee to be paid on site).
