The lesson includes the preparation of a starter, soup, fresh pasta with sauce, meat and side dish and dessert. The clients will see chef Francesco preparing and helping you to prepare traditional recipes, and everyone will have the opportunity to prepare their own fresh pasta. All products used are fresh and bought locally. After the preparation of the meal, the table is set for the clients to enjoy what they have prepared with local red tuscan wine. We provide a substitution for gluten free and for vegetarians.
