Discover wine in its purest form with this immersive Blind Tasting at Quinta da Plansel. Here, sight is removed from the experience, allowing aroma, texture, and flavor to guide your perception and challenge everything you think you know about wine.
Using black glasses, each wine becomes a mystery. As you taste, you’ll be invited to identify profiles, styles, and grape varieties relying only on your senses, sharpening your awareness and deepening your connection to the wine. Guided by our team, the experience is both educational and playful, encouraging curiosity and conversation.
Set inside our winery — where innovation, art, and tradition coexist — this tasting offers a surprising and memorable way to explore Alentejo wines. Perfect for adventurous wine lovers who enjoy being challenged, the Blind Tasting proves that sometimes, seeing less means tasting more.
