Stop At: the National Museum of Qatar, Museum Park Street off the Doha Corniche, Doha Qatar

Bringing to life the unique story of Qatar and its people. The iconic building, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, is based on the form of the desert rose and is composed of large interlocking disks of different diameters and curvatures that surround the restored historic Palace of Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Al Thani, son of the founder of modern Qatar. The museum, which opened in March 2019, gives voice to the country’s heritage and culture through commissioned films and artworks, storytelling, artifacts, and music, combining wide-ranging scholarship with oral histories of the people of Qatar.

Stop At: Mina District - Old Doha Port, Mina District, Doha Qatar

Discover the bustling Doha Port, a vital hub for trade and maritime activities, adding a touch of maritime charm to your city exploration.
