Embark on a journey to witness the history and timeless beauty of Northern Qatar. This region is a mesmerizing blend of past and present where traditions of history, nature, and culture intertwine to create a rich tapestry. Begin your journey by visiting the historic Zubara Fort, which is Qatar's crown jewel and the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in the country. Next, go to the art installation "Shadows Traveling on the Sea of the Day" by Olafur Eliasson in the middle of the desert. Later, visit the camel farm next to Al Rakayath Fort to learn about traditional camel breeding in the heart of the desert, and take a walk to explore the abandoned local fishing village of Al Jumail. Finally, drive to Al Ruways Port, which is the end point of Qatar, to stop for a photo before returning to Doha.
