Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your accommodation in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake. Head to a 4-diamond restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a 3-course lunch with coffee or tea.

Next, visit a grand estate winery for a tour of the winemaking process, from vine to bottle. Learn about grape cultivation and the history of the Niagara wine region. Enjoy a structured tasting seminar of 3-4 premium wines, where you’ll learn how to properly sample wine and detect various flavors, aromas, and characteristics.

Continue to three additional award-winning wineries, including smaller family-owned, medium-sized, and hidden gems. Savor 3-4 wines at each location, totaling 12-16 tastings. At one winery, enjoy a gourmet cheese and charcuterie pairing with your wine.

End your day with some boutique shopping at the wineries before being dropped off back at your accommodation.
