Discover Sydney and Bondi Beach at your own pace on a hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour aboard an open-top double-decker bus. With two routes and 23 stops, you’ll have the freedom to explore world-famous landmarks including the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, the Royal Botanic Garden and Bondi Beach.

Enjoy informative onboard commentary available in eight languages as you uncover the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. Hop off to visit top attractions such as the Maritime Museum, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and Sydney Tower Eye.

Enhance your experience with an optional Captain Cook 1-day hop-on, hop-off harbour cruise and take in spectacular views of Sydney’s skyline, secluded beaches and scenic parklands from the water.

The Bondi Beach tour offers the perfect introduction to Australia’s iconic beach lifestyle. Let Big Bus guide you to some of the city’s best shopping and dining destinations, as well as the beautiful Centennial Parklands, one of Australia’s most picturesque green spaces. Stops along the route include Central Station, the Australian Museum and Bondi Beach.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Redeem printed or e-vouchers from the bus driver at any Big Bus stops. To onboard the cruise present the Big Bus ticket at Fantasea kiosks, located at Circular Quay–Wharf 6, or Darling Harbour, Pier 26.

  • Know in advance:Activate your mobile voucher or QR at any Big Bus stop with a member of the Big Bus Team

  • City Route (Red) lasts approx. 1hr 30 mins and departs every 30 mins from Stop 1 (George Street, Circular Quay), starting at 9:00am

  • Bondi Tour (Blue) lasts approx. 1hr 15 mins and departs every 35 to 45 mins from Stop 1A (Phillip Street, Central Station), starting at 9:30am

  • The Captain Cook Hop-On, Hop-Off Harbour Explorer (if included) is valid for 1 calendar day. The cruise operates daily from Circular Quay Wharf 6, with stops at Taronga Zoo, Shark Island, Watsons Bay and Manly. Cruise duration is approx. 80 mins if you do not hop off

  • The Night Tour (if included) departs from Stop 1A (Phillip Street, Circular Quay) at 7:00pm and 7:30pm and lasts approx. 1hr 30 mins. Passengers are advised to arrive 15 minutes early

  • Please note that the Night Tour is non-stop

  • Suitcases, including carry-on luggage, are not permitted on the bus

  • Infants aged 3 and under travel free and do not require a ticket
