Enjoy a door-to-door service that is both relaxed and efficient. Your driver will meet you on arrival and will be holding a sign with your name on it for ease of contact. While they take care of your belongings, you can refresh yourself from your flight.

Vehicle Options:

- Car (Toyota Vios or similar): Maximum 2 passengers

- Van (Toyota Innova or similar): Maximum 3 passengers

- Bus (Ford Transit or similar): Maximum 8 passengers

Duration: Lasts 20 minutes to 30 minutes

注意事項

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: You will confirm your pickup time and location directly with the local operator.

  • Extra fees to be paid on site:Surcharge: Over time (per hour): 11/11/14 USD for Car/Van/Bus (paid to transfer operator)

  • Late/Early surcharge from 10.00 pm to 5.00 am: 9/11/11 USD for Car/Van/Bus(paid to transfer operator)

  • Know in advance:Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge

  • Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

  • The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)

  • The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7. Contact info found on the voucher

  • The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

  • You'll be requested to provide: pick up date and time, number of pax, pick up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)

  • Waiting time: for International flights - 90 minutes. For Domestic flights - 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
