-What you can expect- Enjoy a gourmet wine tour in a typical Mediterranean landscape: explore the vineyards of Picpoul de Pinet and Grés de Montpellier and taste the oysters from the Thau Lagoon.
You will be accompanied by a passionate guide with extensive knowledge of the region's wines and vineyards, who will answer all your questions.
Your guide will pick you up in Montpellier and take you to an oyster and shellfish farm, where you'll delight your taste buds with perfectly succulent, freshly caught oysters. Learn more about this little-known production and enjoy the oysters that may still be in the water at the beginning of your visit.
Then, you'll reach a local wine estate dominated by a Renaissance-style castle with its 11th-century chapel located in a lush garden. Explore the vinification and aging cellars before tasting a great selection of white, red and rosé AOC wines. Do not miss the typical white wine of the region, the ideal companion for your shellfish: the famous Picpoul de Pinet.
