Old Town Square is the heart of Prague's Old Town, and everyone knows the majestic building dominating this square - the Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock Tower.

Save your time and instead of standing in queues to buy an entry ticket, pick it up just a few meters away from the tower itself. Meet here your local assistant who will give you a 20-minute introduction to the history of the Old Town Hall, and delve into the interesting and mysterious tales associated with these places. Learn about the importance of the Old Town Hall for the Czech lands, and how it grew into its present form.

Discover the different parts of the Old Town Clock, and listen to the most famous legends about its construction. Every hour two small trapdoors open, and twelve apostles march out, giving their stories. There is also planetary motion, the zodiac, and more on the clock - and 75% of its parts are original from the 15th century.

The optional online audio guide will take you through Old Town Square, where you will also learn the history of the surrounding buildings and monuments: St. Nicholas Church, Jan Hus Monument, and many more.
