  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Please show your ticket at the entrance.(Mainau Parkplatz, Konstanz, Germany)

  • Accessibility:Free wheelchair rental at the island entrances (no registration required)

  • Electric mobility scooters can be rented from the Mainau Service Center (€15/3 hours, €5 for each additional hour), to reserve them, please contact the local operator, contacts can be found in the voucher after booking

  • Not allowed:Cycling is not permitted on Mainau Island. Please use the parking spaces at the island entrances

  • Drones are prohibited throughout the island

  • Know in advance:Student tickets are valid only if you present your ID

  • Dogs are welcome on a leash

  • Free e-bike charging stations at the island entrance

  • Daily shuttle bus service between the mainland and the “Schwedenschenke” parking lot, check the location website for the updated timetables
