Named in honour of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first president of the UAE, the mosque is a symbol of cultural heritage and unity. Featuring 82 domes, the mosque can accommodate 40,000 worshippers and is home to the Guinness-certified largest handwoven carpet in the world, which you can find in the main prayer hall.
